Recall Roadbook SMS Program

The Recall Roadbook SMS Program delivers text messages within the vehicle recall and safety notice subject area. The program sends account notifications related to your subscription and, separately, recurring marketing messages about new roadbooks and resources.

The program does not send quotes, applications, eligibility offers, sales calls, referrals, or partner marketing.

• Account Notifications. I agree to receive account notifications text messages from Recall Roadbook related to my subscription, such as guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests, sent to the mobile number I provided. Each category is consented to separately. Selecting one category does not enroll you in the other.

You join by entering your mobile number and checking the box for a specific message category on our subscribe page. All consent boxes are unchecked by default. Providing a phone number without checking a consent box is not consent to receive text messages.

When you opt in, we record the phone number, the selected category, the consent timestamp, the source page, the disclosure version, and the browser user agent, along with the IP address where available.

Message frequency varies by category. Account notifications vary based on account activity, up to 6 messages per month. Marketing messages are generally up to 4 messages per month.

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages received.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel that program. We will send a single confirmation that messaging has ended and will not send further messages for that program unless you opt in again.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms as the program changes. Material changes to message categories or frequency will be reflected here before they take effect.
